The following exercise is an exercise I teach lots to 2 groups of people:

1) People with upper body pain – neck, shoulder, arm or mid back pain
2) People who sit lots – working at offices, home offices, people who drive, and people who spend long periods of time sitting (more than 2 hours at a time)

I find this exercise can help so much – and all you need is a piece of theraband – the cheapest piece of exercise equipment around!
