Sarah’s passion for education started over 20 years ago in the UK, she has since travelled extensively working Internationally presenting for global brands. She now combines education with her love for all things health and fitness, studying kinesiology in Sydney before embarking on teaching yoga in Byron Bay. She deepened her own practice to manage Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and discovered the importance of the mind and body balance.

Now, a mother of two children she resides in Redcliffe where she has continued her studies gaining a cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, cert 4 in Pilates, Diploma in Clinical Pilates/ movement therapy and is near completion of her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science.

Sarah is a highly regarded Pilates instructor on the peninsula and now brings her expertise and attentiveness as a clinician to Scarborough Physiotherapy to meet your movement needs.

Sarah offers 1-on-1 sessions to ensure maximum benefit for you.

Pilates can be geared towards all levels, from a beginner with chronic and severe back pain, to an advanced patient wanting to achieve gains in strength, fitness, core muscle tone and getting those abs back.

What should I wear to Pilates?

You should wear comfortable loose fitting pants/shorts and a shirt. It is also preferable to wear socks during the class.  It is also advisable to bring a towel to lay over your mat.
