Nadia Lloyd – Remedial Massage Therapist
Nadia is one of our talented remedial massage therapists who works at the clinic. Nadia specialises in deep tissue and sports massage massage. She also works with manual deep tissue massage, pregnancy taping propriceptive neuro-muscular facilitation stretching (PNF) and more.
Kirsty Southern – Remedial Massage Therapist
Kirsty is one of our talented massage therapists at the clinic. She completed a two year massage course at Katoomba Blue Mountains College in 2015. Kirsty’s main passion is remedial massage but she also specialises in Pre/Post sports event massage, Sports massage (rehab, post injury, DOMs), Heat release therapy, Cold stretch therapy, Relaxation massage, Pregnancy massage (Pre/Post) and General Lymph drainage. Kirsty moved from Sydney to the Peninsula at the start of 2016 to focus more on her study goals.She is currently studying Exercise Science at Griffith University which allows her to study the human body and movement whilst putting it into practice at the clinic.
Michelle Fleming – Reception and remedial massage

Ruth Woollett – Practice Manager
Ruth is our Practice Manager. She comes from a background of managing a large team in an early learning facility. Ruth has a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, is a local to Redcliffe and lives in Kippa-Ring with her family. Ruth has a background in HR, photography and social media marketing.
Sarah Schofield – Pilates
Sarah’s passion for education started over 20 years ago in the UK, she has since travelled extensively working Internationally presenting for global brands. She now combines education with her love for all things health and fitness, studying kinesiology in Sydney before embarking on teaching yoga in Byron Bay. She deepened her own practice to manage Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and discovered the importance of the mind and body balance.
Now, a mother of two young children she resides in Redcliffe where she has continued her studies gaining a cert 3 and 4 in Fitness, cert 4 in Pilates, Diploma in Clinical Pilates/ movement therapy and is near completion of her Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science.
Sarah is a highly regarded Pilates instructor on the peninsula and now brings her expertise and attentiveness as a clinician to Scarborough Physiotherapy to meet your movement needs.
We offer 1-on-1 sessions to ensure maximum benefit for you.
Pilates can be geared towards all levels, from a beginner with chronic and severe back pain, to an advanced patient wanting to achieve gains in strength, fitness, core muscle tone and getting those abs back.
Sue Lenton – Reception
Sue is one of our admin team who has been working with Scarborough Physiotherapy for over 9 years. Sue is a Redcliffe local and she loves spending time with her grandchildren when she is not at work. Sue is committed to a high level of customer service and is available to assist clients with a wide range of needs. Sue believes that helping people to feel good is one of the most important aspects of her job.
Bree Hogan – Reception
Bree is one of our admin team who has been working with Scarborough Physiotherapy for just over 2 years. Bree is studying to become a physiotherapist and is working on the admin team at the clinic, she is a Redcliffe local and she loves spending time with her family when she is not at work. Bree is keen to learn from our clinical team while at uni and put those skills into practice.
Bella Ivey – Junior Reception
Bella has recently started at the clinic two days a week after school as a Junior Admin. Bella has a strong interest in physiotherapy and is considering studying it at Uni when she finishes school. Bella is a Redcliffe local and she loves playing team sports such as netball in her free time. She works at the clinic on Thursday and Friday afternoons.
