Every day in our clinic we help up to 50 people who have one very, very common problem – back pain.

It will happen to all of us at some time in our lives, me included! Last year I hurt my back, and knowing everything I know I did physio, massage, acupuncture, exercise, gym, medication and pilates, and still it took 3 months to come right. Frustrating, eh.

A while ago I put together a document to help those of you who suffer from either chronic back pain, or back pain that comes and goes, but never really completely goes away.
