Sarah’s journey is a testament to resilience and transformation. For many years, she travelled extensively as an international facilitator for global fashion and beauty brands. However, her life took a significant turn when she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome while running an international franchise. With minimal support from mainstream health, Sarah delved into her own practices and research, transitioning into the health and wellness space. She now understands the critical importance and ongoing challenge of creating balance in life, mind, and body.
Continuously evolving both personally and professionally, Sarah has gained numerous certificates and diplomas, including qualifications as a Clinical Movement Therapist in Pilates and Yoga, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science.

What should I wear to Pilates?
You should wear comfortable loose fitting pants/shorts and a shirt. It is also preferable to wear socks during the class. It is also advisable to bring a towel to lay over your mat.
