After having her two children, Nicci opened her own private practice in 2008 which has gone on to serve patients in neuromusculoskeletal health, treating a wide variety of conditions related to sports, orthopaedics and neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Physiotherapy is both an art and a science and Nicci loves being able to make a positive difference in people’s lives, through thorough assessment and individualised rehabilitation and treatment plans utilising manual therapy and exercise, be it for an athlete or an elderly person.

Areas of interest include – Running injuries/sport injuries, rehabilitation of the shoulder complex (she had a lot of involvement with swimmers), temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, headaches, post mastectomy rehabilitation, back and neck pain.

In Nicci’s spare time, she enjoys family time with her husband (when he is not training for triathlons) and two children. They love the beach and are so excited to enjoy the lovely lifestyle at Scarborough. Nicci is learning to surf with her daughter while her husband and son enjoy fishing and are also taking up paddle skiing. Nicci is a keen runner and has a passion for female fitness and health.
